99% of my content is free
For transparency, here’s how I intend to make this site self sustaining without corrupting the integrity of my content…
I plan to follow the example of established YouTubers who are accredited professionals in their field and give almost all of their content away for free.
For the 1 percent of stuff that requires a bit of extra effort to produce, I will use Skillshare to sell this content.
I am in the process of writing a book - I will sell my book via this website.
As an Amazon affiliate, I will provide affiliate links to books and equipment that align genuinely with the themes presented on this site and in my YouTube content. Where I provide affiliate links, they will be declared.
I will review prop-tech that genuinely aligns with the themes presented on this site and my YouTube channel. If I am paid sponsorship for these reviews I will declare it. If I am provided with affiliate links that offer extended trial periods and other benefits to my audience, I will declare it.
In instances where a case study represents a live investment opportunity, I will refer interested investors to a RICS regulated chartered surveying firm who are part of a national network that I have personally worked with since 2017. Where referral fees exist, these will be declared and illustrated up front.
At the core of everything I do is a personal drive to learn in order to be the best in my profession….the old saying goes “the best way to learn is to teach.”
I already have experience in university settings teaching best practices that drive success in commercial property investment. It makes sense to share what I already know and what I am learning with a wider audience. At the same time, it also makes sense to offer this information in a way that is free from the bias of personal gain.
